How it works
Group your pages
Name your project (e.g. "Service Pages", "Location Pages"), add an optional description, and select the pages or posts you want to edit. Any post type is supported.
Fields become columns
Quickfields auto-detects ACF field groups on your selected pages and builds a tabbed spreadsheet — rows are pages, columns are fields, tabs are field groups.
Type, and it's saved
Type directly in the cells. Changes autosave after ~700ms of inactivity, with a live status indicator: Typing → Saving → Saved.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work without Advanced Custom Fields?
No. Quickfields reads and writes fields registered through ACF.
Is this an official ACF plugin?
No. Quickfields is developed by Sam Syntax and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Advanced Custom Fields.
Which post types are supported?
Any. You can select pages, posts, custom post types, and any post status when building a project.
Who can use the bulk editor?
Only administrators (users with manage_options).
Does deleting a project delete my content?
No. Projects are only groupings. Your page content stays intact.
Are changes saved automatically?
Yes. Each cell autosaves shortly after you stop typing.
Can I edit images in the free version?
Images show as read-only previews. Full image upload/replace is a Pro feature.
Does it support repeaters or flexible content?
Not in the current version. It's built for flat text and image fields across many similar pages.
Is the free version a trial?
No. Free is a complete bulk text editor. Pro adds advanced workflows on top.
Do I need the free plugin for Pro?
Yes. Pro is an add-on that extends the free plugin.
